Less than one week following his WWE release, Shawn Daivari joined ClubWWI.com to discuss his entire controversial career with James Guttman in a 35 minute
shoot interview. Aside from the topic of his recent WWE departure, Shawn talks about a ton of topics including the real story of Muhammad Hassan's backstage
heat, the WWE star he took his name from, the highlight of his career, the negative reaction to the "Terrorist Angle" that aired on Smackdown the day of
the London Bombings, political correctness and wrestling, being Kurt Angle's referee, his friendship with The Great Khali, managing Mark Henry, singing
on Raw with Jillian Hall, JBL's firing from CNBC, and much more.
In one of the most interesting answers given during his ClubWWI.com shoot interview, Daivari was asked about the original plans for Muhammad Hassan prior
to his ban from UPN. JG asked if knew of any potential storylines that were on the table and Shawn answered:
"You know I really don't know because nothing was in concrete. Well, nothing ever really is in concrete. But they really don't tell us too much until it's
a for sure thing (and) going to happen. I never heard this from any office person or saw it promoted anywhere, but my understanding was at that point in
time, Muhammad was supposed to work Batista at Summerslam. Because I believe the story going into that was obviously it's Washington D.C., the United States
capital, and it's Batista's hometown. So they were going to promote it and make a big deal out of it."
Daivari explains that this wasn't something he had heard from anyone on the creative team. Also, although promotional material is usually filmed months
in advance, he never saw any video advertising this match. However, as discussed later in the shoot regarding his prematurely-ended feud with Gregory Helms,
things changed in WWE quickly and sometimes without notice.
Don't forget, besides Daivari, there's 90 other interviews to listen to as well. Among the other interviews available on ClubWWI.com are Kevin Nash, Samoa
Joe, Eric Bischoff, Jerry Lawler, Vince Russo, Nick "U-Gene" Dinsmore, Christian Cage, Sycho Sid, , Diamond Dallas Page, La Resistance, The Steiner Brothers,
Tammy Lynn Sytch, AJ Styles, John Heidenreich, Demolition, Paul Bearer, Bobby Heenan, Ted DiBiase, Road Warrior Animal, The Iron Sheik, Rhino, Tito Santana,
Earl Hebner, Charlie Haas, Christy Hemme, Chris Daniels, and many more. Plus audio shows from D-Lo Brown, Bull Buchanan, Kevin Kelly, Orlando Jordan, and
Dr. Tom Prichard.

WWE.com has an article hinting that Smackdown GM Vickie Guerrero and ECW GM Armando Estrada have been working on a deal wherein wrestlers could appear on both brands. It makes sense since both brands travel together and due to the general thin numbers especially as it concerns ECW.

Matt Hardy and MVP Vs. Kane and Undertaker for the tag belts is on Smackdown this coming week, not tonight's PPV. Sorry to disappoint any of you, who like me, were really in to this story. But, the good news is you'll get the next chapter for free and of course, the bad news, it is Smackdown.
Sorry for the incorrect information.

2.7 Fast National Number. The CW beat Fox on the night. Final number out later in the week.
I guess the wedding attracted viewers, I bet it also repelled them after they saw it.

He did it while calling in to some radio show I've never heard of, and from the sounds of the title "Primetime with the Pacman" I can honestly say I don't want to.
He said he'd illaborate more when he co-hosts the show this week.

As reported by PW Torch.
Note from Casey: Very late Wednesday evening, I was told about this. The source mentioned that another name had also quit WWE. Because I only had the one source I didn't want to publish it, but if it proves accurate another name will soon be reported as leaving.
Edit 2: After doing a bit of looking around, I can say that the rumored second name has been discussed in certain places online. I will reveal that the rumored second departure is that of Booker T, but I'm not going to say for sure that he has actually quit. It was the name I heard, the rumor is floating elsewhere but I still don't have full confirmation. It is one of those things though that we'll find out soon enough.

Hopefully, WWE game makers handle an invasion better than WWE bookers otherwise this game could be a disaster.
Oh, and no Benoit, so I guess that decision has been made.

You have no idea how much these make me want to watch WWE again.
You have no idea because most people can't think about numbers that small.
Good luck to Erik Anderson, Mark Danger or Ric Gillespie...hell anyone who thinks they need to fall on the sword and recap this show for those of us too scared to view it.

Sure, this has nothing to do with combat sports, at least not that I'm aware of but if Vince Russo is ever fired from TNA this guy would be an upgrade
Maybe I should have this dude sue last week's wrestling shows for sucking much cock.
There is a connection to combat sports I guess, I found this link over at Pro Football Talk when reading about the next Pacman Jones problem which is I guess some woman suing him in Vegas.
Yay for TNA's biggest money maker.

TNA on Thursday did a 1.05 rating. Last Night's Smackdown did a 2.4/4.0.
No word on the percentages that watched one the other or both shows that felt like they wasted those 1, 2, or for the most unfortunate souls 3 hours of their lives.
