Tyson scheduled for hearing related to drug charges

On September 24th former champ Mike Tyson will have a court hearing stemming from an arrest in Scottsdale, AZ last year for cocaine possession and DUI, he pleaded guilty to the charges but may change the plea although Tyson doesn't have to do so at his upcoming court date.

There was no word from Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas regarding any type of plea agreement, it seems though that Thomas wants Tyson to serve prison time using the fact that he was convicted of rape in 1992.

During Tyson's recent arrest police reported finding bags of cocaine in his pocket as well as in his car.
