UFC 74 injury notes: Couture suffers broken arm, Stevenson suffers broken jaw

Loretta Hunt of The Fight Network reported that Randy Couture suffered a broken left forearm in his fight with Gabriel Gonzaga this past Saturday. The injury came as Couture used that arm to block one of Gonzaga's high kicks. The injury will not require a cast but he will wear a splint for 6 weeks.

In his bout with Kurt Pellegrino, Stevenson's jaw was broken at some point during the very first round. That news comes from Mike Chiapetta of NBC Sports

Both will receive medical suspensions from the NSAC. You can also be certain that David Heath will get one due to the cut he suffered in his fight with Renato "Babalu" Sobral. I don't know about any other injuries at this point.
