His return may have something to do with a 2.5 rating, but USA Network posted on its website that Mr. McMahon would appear in the opening segment of Raw.

In the way of prediction, I expect the rating to increase this week, of course I felt that way before Mr. McMahon's return became known, but I'm not sure by how much it will jump. I predict Mr. McMahon takes 100% of the credit for the rebound next week, and if it goes down again...not his fault.
