At the CSAC meeting on monday...

1. Hermes Franca's 1-year suspension was upheld
   
2. Sean Sherk and Phil Baroni were granted extensions of their appeals.
   
3. Hong Man Choi was denied a license to fight in California

*Hong Man Choi's denial stems from his attempt to get licensed to fight Brock Lesnar at K-1/EXC Dynamite USA on June 2.

**The Franca-Sherk suspensions were handed down after they tested positive for performance enhancing substances at UFC 73 on July 7.

***Baroni tested positive for steroids at Strikeforce/EXC Judgment Day on June 22.
