10- Bout Fight Card and Full Night of Excitement

) will host Team USA and Team Brazil for the first time in a ten-bout fight card featuring American MMA star Jeff “Snowman” Monson, challenging Brazilian
legend Pedro “The Rock” Rizzo for the International Fighters Association (IFA) World Heavyweight Championship, Saturday, September 1, 2007.

Additionally, SUN Sports & Entertainment and American Television Distribution have signed an agreement with iN DEMAND Networks, the world's leading distributor
of Pay-Per-View (PPV) and Video On Demand (VOD) for the distribution of SUN’s Art of War 3™ via multiple cable operators.

Tomm Looney who is a FOX Sports anchor and the “the voice" of
