UFC has failed in their efforts to get a working visa for Hector Lombard so the match with he and Karo Parisyan is off.

Parisyan will now take on Ryo Chonan who was scheduled to face Thiago Alves in a non-televised bout. Alves will instead face Chris Lytle.

Ryo Chonan replaces Mark Weir in Cage Rage 23 bout

That's what Paul Daley, Weir's scheduled opponent has told MMAWeekly.com.

Apparently, Weir suffered an injury during the Bodog taping and will be unable to fight on 09/22. So enter Ryo Chonan to serve as replacement.
