Yes, combat-hooligans.com is looking for content providers. This could come in the form of writings and or audio content.

The following positions are available:

1. News reporter for WWE/TNA/Ring of Honor
   Pretty self-explanatory we're looking for person(s) to track down and post WWE/TNA/RoH news. Art has the Indy scene pretty well covered, though we wouldn't turn away more Indy coverage but I'm soon going to be cutting WWE/TNA/RoH duties out of my job description.
   
2. Columnists on Pro Wrestling and Mixed Martial Arts
   Once again, pretty self-explanatory.The columns could come in the form of opinion pieces, DVD and show reviews or whatever else you could think of.
   
3. Boxing News Reporter/columnists/audio providers.
   I expect that we would probably make multiple hires in this area but we want to beef up our boxing coverage. I've gotten some pretty good opportunities thrown my way in this regard, but will not disclose those in such a public way. The audio provider is because we've got no boxing show of any kind as of this moment.
   
4. Audio providers/producers.
   
   Less of a priority than some of the others, I desire to add more audio content to the site to supplament the main audio show The shows could come in the form of pure wrestling, boxing or MMA talk or a combination of some or all of them. Someone who has a technical knowledge for recording and editing/manipulating audio files is greatly desired.

So what's required?

1. A willingness to work for free. Seriously, I'd love to pay you for your work but that's not possible at this moment. However, there are ways for you to be rewarded for your work that I'm not going to discuss right now.
   
2. A passion for your subject matter. It should go without saying but if you don't love the subject you pick to write about/do an audio show on this will become a chor quicker than you could possibly imagine.
   
3. We're looking for people who's talents have not been discovered yet. This is not to say that we would ignore someone with vast writing experience, but we would like to give fresh faces a chance if possible, much in the way Euan and Art and myself were given that chance.
   
4. A willingness to do a bit of promotion. It makes sense that if you showcase your writing here that you would want others to know it is here. We can only do so much promotion, it would be up to you to help spread the word.

So what do you have to do?

2. Expressly state which position(s) you are applying for.
   
3. In the case of writers, submit samples of your work either as attachments or links. I may ask you for a sample column as a way to varify that you're not trying to pass someone elses' work as your own.
   
4. In the way of audio content providers, a link to past audio work if such a thing exists. If this would be your first show, a willingness to be auditioned is sufficient.

So this is your chance, if you've always wanted to give writing or audio a try this could be the site for you. Experience is also welcome, and this would be a way to have your work showcased on what is a definite growing site.

I want to once again emphasize the call for Boxing writers. There are opportunities to really hit the ground running on this which are yours for the taking.
