Art has his say on Nick already but I've got my own thoughts and will express them thusly.

John Graziano, the passenger in Nick Hogan's car on one of his joyrides to prove how big of a stud he is, is likely nursing home bound for life why oh why do I have my doubts as to whether Nick will learn his lesson?

Oh yeah, it is because people who have an influence over this kid's life go above and beyond to defend the kid and in a backwards sort of way even justify his behavior. That's why I have my doubts that Nick will learn anything long-lasting from what happened to his friend.

Honestly, I don't see much difference between this situation and if Graziano were hit by a drunk driver. I'm not going to say more than this right now because really what good will it do? The only difference is that Graziano was a willing co-conspirator on the need for speed show.

Graziano will pay for that for the rest of his life. It is too bad the same can't be said for Nick.
