TNA iMPACT Rating for 09/06 holds steady against NFL debut

The show did a 1.02 rating which is down .03 from the rating it did for 3 consecutive weeks. However, a .03 percentage drop on a night where the show was going head-to-head with the kickoff of the NFL season featuring 2 high-profile teams from last year is something they should be ok with at this point.

Update: Conflicting reports, PwInsider/Figure 4 Weekly say it was a 1.02 down from last week's 1.05. Wrestling Observer/Pw Torch list it as 1.2 with 1.5 million viewers, which is up from the prior weeks and is one of the better audiences ever for the show. Either way, SpikeTV is happy with the number against NFL football but they're happier still if the second number is correct.
