Eleventh Wrestler suspended in Signature Scandal, 1 of the suspended is a second time offender

Both of those revelations come in This Newsday Article

Jerry McDevitt confirmed an 11th suspension to Newsday, said that 10 of the suspensions were for 30 days and one is for 60. A 60 day suspension indicates a second time offender, and under the policy, 3 strikes and you're out.

McDevitt also tells Newsday that no more suspensions are expected. (They're starting to run out of guys they can suspend).

I've not said this yet but WWE is lucky Vince McMahon changed his mind at the last second and decided Cena should retain the championship at SummerSlam. Lets not pretend that we don't have at the least a strong indication that Randy Orton is one of the 11 suspended and how bad would it look if your champion was on the suspended list for 30 or 60 days? Even if by some remote chance, it isn't Orton, his name has still been mentioned in connection to Signature and it wouldn't have looked good if they had been able to append "Current WWE Champion" in front of it.
