Newest inducty in to the parade is Virgil Zwicker who tested positive for Marijuana prior to his 8/24 bout for Galaxy productions against Ty Montgomery. Zwicker was the victor in the bout but that's going to be of little satisfaction as he's suspended until 11/22 and fined $500.
However, Montgomery is a special kind of moron, known as the repeat offender. I'm not going to say that he and Zwicker got high together before the fight but given that he also tested positive, it is at least possible if not very funny.
He's suspended until 08/31/2008 at which point he can apply before the CSAC to have his MMA license reinstated. It was revoked because to go along with his testing positive on 08/24, he also tested positive for marijuana in September 2006 and was disciplined again in March of this year for getting in a physical altercation with the event's matchmaker during the weigh-in. On top of that he got a $2,500 fine.
Babalu, Ty Montgomery and Kevin Randleman should open a camp. On a previous season of TUF, they had Team No Love. This could be Team No Clue.
As I found Montgomery's Sherdog profile, I see his nickname is "Bossman" Well, if he's anything like the Big Bossman, we're firmly in the evil stages of his career.

wow this author kan talk alot of mess bout fighters but would he kall them morons if they were standing in front of him this guy needz a life
Well, what would you exactly call someone who has had 3 infractions against him in less than a year, 2 of which are drug test failures in a state where every fighter knows they're going to be tested?
I will however spare you any more humiliation by not pointing out how you make comments questioning what someone would or wouldn't do if brought face to face with someone, all while hiding behind the word "anonimous" yourself.

Oh, and to the anonymous comment leaver, I would say it face-to-face. It is how I feel, I don't think anyone who fails a drug test they know is coming deserves any less than moron status. I'm considerably easier on guys by just calling them morons than other people on the 'net.
In fairness, before I called him a moron, I would at least let him try and tell me why he isn't one, but it isn't like this is his first offense so I'll need serious convincing.

Ok, lets deal with all of these seriously, cause I'm just fun that way.
If as you say, a lot of fighters are on drugs and just don't get caught because they can beat the test, then he is a moron for not talking to those guys before hand.
You say that I don't know the details of the infractions so how can I make judgment? Here's what I do know, Ty Montgomery was suspended 2 times in less than 1 year's time in the same state for failing a drug test for the same exact drug. He's a repeat offender, I call them moron for short.
But lets say he's just a victim of his situation here and that he just drove to the show with someone who was getting high and Montgomery just happened to enhail second hand enough to flunk a test. What's he doing riding to a show with a guy who's getting high when he knows a test is coming?
I just think it is moronic to fail a test you know for sure is coming and can be certain even of the date. If Montgomery or anyone else wants to get high I really don't care, but why if he loved fighting so much would he do something so close to fight time he knows is going to get him suspended?
I love this sports and guys being idiots and getting caught failing drug tests they have no doubts are coming just hurts the image of MMA. But hey, at least he only failed for pot, you should see what I call people who fail for steroids.
