Former Physician for Chris Benoit files for Bankrupcy

Facing mounting legal costs, and being unable to practice medicine for what should be obvious reasons, Dr. Phil Astin the former physician for Chris Benoit has filed for bankrupcy.

This move is not unexpected as his former attorney Manny Arora hinted at the possibility when he asked to be removed from the case due to Astin being unable to pay him.

Astin has not been charged with any crime in connection to Benoit as of yet but has been charged for over-prescribing steroids to at least 2 patients.
