This article talks about how MNT has decided to replace IFL Battleground on Monday with some show about celebrities...I've always said there wasn't enough of those. IFL Battleground will become compressed to a 1 hour show which will air on Saturday right before NFL Total Access...so in other words, it will air while everyone is watching College Football.
This actually makes a bit of sense with the IFL season ending on Oct. 1, no point in producing a 2-hour weekly show at that point, and the saturday shows will be best of's. I'm not sure but something tells me things will look different when the IFL season for 2008 begins than they will starting October 1. In other words I think those October changes may be temporary,which gives them something in common with the IFL and MNT themselves.
