I think we all knew there would be a contest over the estate of Chris Benoit especially with it being so large, and indeed there is and it is unfortunate. I mean really no matter what the results of this end up being, everyone's a loser.

Parents without a daughter and a grandchild.
Parents without a son and a grandchild.
Children without a sibling and a father.

I don't think Chris Benoit made enough money in wrestling and investments for it to undo all of the damage on the above listed parties. But, these people know more than I do how much he was actually worth.
